Healthy Heroes Club Healthy living can start at any age and it’s never too early to teach children how to be healthy and safe.  DHMP offers the Healthy Heroes Club for children ages 3-12 as a fun way to encourage these habits.  Children in this age group receive Healthy Heroes materials:  Healthy Heroes Membership Card and Certificate; Activity Sheets; Health Tips Postcards mailed to them quarterly.   With three different Healthy Hero groups, this program is designed to grow with your child:  Explorers (ages 3-6); Rangers (ages 7-9); X-Kidz (ages 10-12).
