Tips for Finding a First Health Provider

  • Visit the First Health Provider Directory linked above for your plan
  • Select ‘All Providers’
  • Search by either ZIP code or by state
  • You can search within a desired distance (you may need to adjust the distance for more results)
  • To narrow your search to specific provider types, select ‘Refine your results’ in left hand navigation
  • In the dropdown under ‘Specialty Type’, select up to five provider types for each search query
